The Task Group on Vaccine Evaluation and Selection, through the DOST-PCHRD and the Department of Health, conducted the Town Hall Meetings on COVID-19 Vaccine Clinical Trials last January 29, February 1, and February 2, 2021. The town hall sessions aimed to provide local government units and healthcare workers accurate information on their critical roles in the smooth implementation of the trials in the country. The sessions also discussed why and how clinical trials are done as well as provided a platform for viewers to forward concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccine trials.
