Today, we amplify the call for equitable and accessible healthcare for women. The study "Enabling action: Reflections upon Inclusive participatory research on health with women with disabilities in the Philippines," evaluated the W-DARE, a three-year program of disability-inclusive participatory research and how it contributes in addressing the existing healthcare gaps for women with disabilities. Town Hall Meetings on COVID-19 Vaccine Clinical Trials held

The Task Group on Vaccine Evaluation and Selection, through the DOST-PCHRD and the Department of Health, conducted the Town Hall Meetings on COVID-19 Vaccine Clinical Trials last January 29, February 1, and February 2, 2021. The town hall sessions aimed to provide local government units and healthcare workers accurate information on their critical roles in the smooth implementation of the trials in the country. The sessions also discussed why and how clinical trials are done as well as provided a platform for viewers to forward concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccine trials.
