The Zamboanga Consortium for Health Research and Development (ZCHRD) in partnership with the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB) conducted a 2-day Online Basic Research Ethics Training for potential members of Research Ethics Committee (REC) with resource speakers, Dr. Roland M. Panaligan, Dr. Rhodora C. Estacio, and Dr. Leslie M. Dalmacio.
The said event was participated by Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital, Jose Rizal Memorial State University, JH Cerilles State College, Mindanao State University - Buug Campus, Saint Columban State College, Universidad de Zamboanga, and Zamboanga City Medical Center.
This seminar-workshop aims to identify and apply general research ethical principles, and recognize and apply essential characteristics of ethical research.
