The Zamboanga Consortium for Health Research and Development (ZCHRD) had its meeting with the Capacity Building Committee last 17 February 2022. The said meeting was spearheaded by the CBC Chair, Dr. Servando D. Halili, Jr. together with the consortium secretariat to discuss certain matters involving plans of activities for the CY 2022 as well as the balanced scorecard of the committee.
