The Zamboanga Consortium for Health Research and Development (ZCHRD) is extending the call for nomination for additional members of the Research Agenda and Management Committee (RAMC) from its member institutions...

The Research Agenda and Management Committee (RAMC) shall be composed of committee members from its member institutions that shall take charge of facilitating and ensuring quality research proposals generated by the consortium.

Functions of the committee:

• Provides overall direction and guidance on the research priority areas of the consortium;
• Provides technical and policy advice in formulating the research agenda for the present and future requirements of the country’s health system;
• Directs research programs, funding priorities, and related activities based on the National Unified Health Research Agenda (NUHRA) and Regional Unified Health Research Agenda (RUHRA);
• Provides technical support in the monitoring of the health and health-related researches; and
• Advocates research priority areas of the consortium Duties and Responsibilities as a committee member:
• Support in the activities of the committee and consortium;
• Take charge in ensuring quality research proposals endorsed for funding;
• Helps increase the number of generated health research proposals endorsed for funding;
• Facilitates the research outputs for product development; and
• Present in all ZCHRD and RUC meetings

Eligibility:

• Regular staff and faculty members of ZCHRD member institutions;
• With a background experience in health research management;
• Willing to participate in ZCHRD activities ie meetings, seminar/workshops, among others

• Endorsement Letter from the head of agency
• Curriculum Vitae
