Did you know that there’s an app being developed that would help Filipino bamboo farmers in marketing their products?

Bamboost app is one of the outputs of the project titled “Mainstreaming of Bamboost App as an Online Marketing Platform of Bamboo Farmers in Select Science & Technology Community-Based Farm (STCBF) Sites” implemented by University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines - Cagayan de Oro. The project is funded and supported by DOST-PCAARRD.

It is also a thesis output of TTPD-PCAARRD staff, Ms. Analiza C. Diaz during her Master’s program at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. The ongoing USTP-CDO project will pursue the enhancement of the app towards its IP registration and mainstreaming among the bamboo community in the country.
